What the request form collects

The request form collects name, phone, species, height band, quantity, fulfilment path (pick up or delivered & planted), and optional notes.

Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: hosting, a spam check on the form, cookie-free visitor counts, and email delivery. They only process your request to get it to us, and some of them may store data outside Canada.

Where it goes

A submitted request is sent to us by email.

How long it is kept

We keep the email until your request is handled. There is no database.

What we log

Operational logging records the request id and outcome only — never form contents.
